pasantru 56b357f9d2 add mTLS support: deploy certs, update node_exporter for TLS, add videoserver host 
- Add videoserver (192.168.1.10) to inventory
- Add node_exporter_tls_enabled and node_exporter_cert_src_dir defaults
- Deploy CA cert, per-host server cert/key, and web-config.yml to nodes
- Update systemd unit ExecStart to include --web.config.file when TLS enabled
