pasantru 596118d16d add bash_functions role for shared shell helpers 
Deploys ~/.bash_functions from a template and sources it from .bashrc.
First helper is sshtransfer: tar over ssh with a pv progress bar, which
is why the role also installs pv.

Wired into site.yml so all nodes get it.
