Pablo Sanchez 73ece6b561 Add TILs migrated from Resources; group by area 
Import learned-gotcha notes from the vault's 002 - Resources into dated
TILs, grouped into area subfolders (Databases/Kubernetes/Shell/Vim/Git):

- Databases: mysqldump on big/remote tables (aurora flags + lost-connection
  + read-only dump merged into one)
- Kubernetes: command vs args, edit base64 secret in place, bulk-delete
  failed pods, subchart value-sharing via submodule symlink (+ images)
- Shell: find -prune vs -not -path, base64 clipboard file transfer
- Vim: insert a literal character (Ctrl-V)
- Git: remove a plaintext password from history

Also normalize the one 2-digit-year filename to DD-MM-YYYY and drop an
empty .aliases file.
